W. James Singleton attended Southern University and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Southern University Law Center. He is admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts. He is a member of the Southern University Law School Alumni Association, the Louisiana Housing Development Authority, the Caddo Bossier Arc, the Cambridge Club, and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. He is chairman of the Deacon Board at Bright Star Baptist Church in Shreveport.
James served in the Louisiana State Legislature from 1983 to 1996 and is a former Assistant State Attorney General. He is a former member of the Louisiana Law Institute, the Board of Governors - Trial Lawyers, and the Caddo Parish Police Jury. James also formerly served as chairman of the Ethics Committee of the Shreveport Bar Association, the Louisiana State Legislature's Committee on Judiciary and Committee on Civil.

Reshonda L. Bradford graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and received her Juris Doctorate degree from Southern University Law Center. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Louisiana, and is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Shreveport Bar Association, the Black Lawyers Association, Krewe of Justinian, and Delta Sigma Pi. She practices in the areas of products liability, personal injury, class actions, mass torts, medical malpractice, Title VII claims, and family law.
Reshonda is a native of Minden, Webster Parish, Louisiana, and has a history of community involvement. Sandy E. Clause graduated from Nicholls State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Child, Family and Social Service. She later received a Master's Degree in Social Work from Tulane University and a Juris Doctor from Tulane School of Law. She attended the International Summer School on Dispute Resolution at Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany, where she completed forty hours of negotiation/mediation training.

Hugh Larose, Judge for the 17th Judicial District Court - State of Louisiana, as a judicial law clerk. Ree J. Casey-Jones practices in the areas of worker’s compensation, personal injury, estate planning and succession law, bankruptcy and family law. Ree was raised in Shreveport, Louisiana. She attended Caddo Parish public schools and graduated from Southern University and A & M College in Baton Rouge in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications.
