The attorneys at the Singleton Law Firm are currently reviewing cases involving the Fleet Phospho-Soda defective Oral Sodium Phosphate product. It is used in medicine as a laxative and antacid and is taken by mouth.

A rare but serious injury known as Acute Phosphate Nephropathy is associated with the use of Oral Sodium Phosphate products. It is also known as Nephrocalcinosis, which occurs when deposits of calcium-phosphate crystals build in the renal tubules. This condition can lead to permanent loss of kidney function.
